Health & Safety Practices – In Response To Covid-19

Arrival at the hotel

  • Wash your hands before entering the front desk
  • Have a foot bath before entering the Premises
  • Request a face mask if you do not have one
  • Use hand sanitizer before picking your wet towels
  • Get your temperature checked
  • Fill the case investigation form

Meals

  • Support the method of food serving (Set menu, Ala carte or buffet)
  • Practice hand hygiene
  • Do not share crockery and cutlery

 

Facilities of the hotel

  • Spa
    • Remove your shoes before entering
    • Fill the medical investigation form before treatments
    • Follow all instructions given by the Doctor / Health Assistant
    • Always practice hand hygiene
  • Pool
    • Have a bath before and after using the pool
    • Do not share your towels or swimming gear with others
  • Gym
    • Use hand sanitizer before / after using equipment at the gym
    • Do not work out if you have medical concerns
    • Do not share towels / tissues / water bottles

Elevators

  • Line up on marked places, facing the walls
  • Sanitize your hands after leaving the elevator
  • Avoid overcrowding
  • Consider using the stairways whenever possible

Public areas

  • Always maintain social distance
  • Stay in your room if you feel unwell and immediately call the front desk
  • Get your body temperature measured at the departure

Arrival at the hotel

  • Have a blind/glass/plastic shield in front of the counter
  • Limit cash handling.
  • Ask guest to insert the debit/credit card and remove it from the machine.
  • Do not share the pen used to sign the documents
  • Keep an alcohol rub/hand sanitizer by your side
  • disinfected all guest key cards before and after use
  • Disinfect the surfaces including all machines
  • Always wear suitable PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when handling guests’ belongings

Meals

  • Minimize the overcrowding in restaurants, bars, buffet area, night club
  • Make seating arrangements complying to social distancing
  • Frequently clean cutlery, tables, chairs and other surfaces
  • Place all cutlery inside a napkin
  • keep a distance of 1m with the guests and other staff
  • Keep disinfectant gel at entrance to meal areas.
  • Follow safe food practices
  • Collect used napkins separately without touching with bare hands
  • Practice hand hygiene after clearing tables

Facilities of the hotel

  • Spa
    • proper use of disinfectants.
    • Use marked laundry bags for textiles, linen, and clothes
    • Maintain personal hygiene of therapists
    • Temporarily suspend all non-essential therapies (facial treatments that, treatments on chest area, hands etc.)
    • Check case investigation form and the intake form of the client
    • Check client’s temperature before therapies
    • Wear suitable PPE
    • Clean treatment room and all equipment after every therapy

 

  • Gym /Play Room
    • Guests with symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to use the gym
    • Display sign boards with best practices
    • Frequently practice hand hygiene
    • Frequently clean the benches, all gym equipment using disinfectants
    • Keep alcohol-based sanitizer dispensers inside and outside facilities
    • Position germicidal spray and paper towels
  • Pool
    • Guests with symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed to use the pool
    • Maintain disinfectant of pools within recommended limits
    • Assure proper functioning of ventilation, air exchange, and dehumidification equipment

Elevators

  • Disinfect elevators every 30 minutes
  • Limit passengers getting into the elevator at one time (2-4)
  • Direct passengers to face the wall inside elevators

Public areas

  • Always use face masks, gloves and practice hand hygiene.
  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection
  • Carry out waste disposal on proper guidelines
  • Minimize overcrowding at the gates
  • Manage queues with physical distancing
  • Display notices promoting hand hygiene and social distancing
  • Install high-efficiency air filters.
  • Increase ventilation rates in the work environment.
  • Install physical barriers, such as clear plastic sneeze guards.
  • Installing a drive-through window for customer service.
