    • E-hotel vouchers may only be used for a single transaction; the full value must be redeemed at one time.
    • E-hotel vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed.
    • A Full Payment will be charged as voucher confirmation.
    • Redemption of E-hotel vouchers should be done by sending an email to and confirmations are subject to the hotel’s availability.
    • Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only.
    • E-hotel vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer.
    • Offer applicable for Full Board meal plans only.
    • Offer valid for standard room category only.
    • Individual property blackout dates will apply.
    • These packages are non-refundable and amendable up to two times only.
    • Children age 6-12 will be charged LKR 5000 on full board basis. Above 12 will be considered as adults.
